Cancellation of Subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please notify us in writing or via email at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Cancellation of Prepaid Plan

To cancel your prepaid plan, notify us via email or in writing. Refunds for prepaid plans will be processed as follows:

Discretionary Refunds

In exceptional cases where a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

No Warranty

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, government actions, or technical failures.
